Physical plaque delivery — completion times above refer to your memorial website going live. Where a physical QR plaque is included, engraving and delivery typically adds a further 5–7 working days after the site is approved.

Need a replacement? — If your plaque is ever damaged or lost, we can arrange a replacement at approximately half the original plaque cost. As no new design work is required — your QR code and artwork are stored permanently with us — we simply re-order your original plaque from our supplier.
Ongoing updates — want to add new photographs or memories years later? We offer a gentle update service for £95 per request, with no subscription or ongoing commitment.

Digital Legacy was born from a simple belief: that every life deserves to be remembered fully, not just as a name and two dates carved in stone. We are Sebastian and Ewan — two young web designers from Hertfordshire who wanted to use our skills for something that truly matters.
We work with every family personally, over phone and email, at whatever pace feels right for them. There is no automated form, no template, and no rush. Every memorial we build is a reflection of a real, irreplaceable person — and we treat it that way.
